Community Learning Centres become the community home of reading, with graded collections, digital access points, reading clubs and evening and weekend sessions.
Working inside the system
The programme works in line with the Government target of 100 CLCs with digital learning spaces, and builds toward integration into local government plans and municipal budgets.
